Information to know before joining us for your adventure
Prior to your arrival
- We encourage booking online where possible as this entitles you to a discount for bookings in advance (excluding Sunrise and After Dark Zipline) This includes pre-paying and selecting the date and timeslot of your visit.
- Our valued Annual Pass members can pre-book their Treetop Walk tickets here.
- Before leaving home, please check our Facebook page or website for the latest information.
- Please be ready to make on-site payments using a ‘contactless’ bank card. We do not accept cash at any of our attractions.
On arrival
- To redeem your ticket, come to our wonderful admissions team and we will be able to help out from there.
- We encourage Zipline guests to aim to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their tour to complete paperwork.
